The only symptom I had was the faint feeling.... but, I am now 6 and a half months pregnant. I didnt throw up, my breats werent sore... I didnt know I was pregnant until I was 45 days late for my period. Someone finally convinced me to take a test. It came back positive. Take another test. You probably are.

if you did have sex before you started missing your period then you have greater chances of being pregnant. however, please make sure that you have a regular menstrual cycle, otherwise, we can't really determine if you are pregnant or not based from what you wrote. the pregnancy test is not always accurate as you may have wrongly administered it or misinterpreted the results. if you are not pregnant, the fact the you are worried about being one because of your missed period, can also create pregnancy panic symptoms. this is psychological in nature and you might be unaware of it.
overall, my impression is you are afraid to get pregnant.
as the others said in here, it is best to see a doctor who can do the test for you.

if you even have any doubt in your mind that you are pregnant.... then you should go to the doctor. It is only common sence. I have gone before just to make sure.. I wasn't pregnant though. But it isn't better to know, then not. That way you can take care of your body and your baby. Also, if you aren't you should try to get on a birth control if you don't want to have a baby just yet.

some women dont produce enough of the pregnancy hormone in their urine resuting in a positive pregnancy test. Go to the health department or your doctor and they can do a blood test. I had a free pregnancy blood test done at my health department when I thought I was pregnant and well, I was.

Go to your doctor and have them do a blood test!
Lots of things can cause you to miss a period (stress, illness etc.) but if you've felt faint and you are concerned, it's time to consult your physician.

Check with your doctor. Have you started any medications that might mess with your cycle. I don't know how old you are, maybe you are starting to go throught "the change". It is best to check with your doctor.

Hun, you really need to go to the doctor. And you need to get on prenatal vitamins. When you go, they can answer your questions and will give you lots of good information
Go soon, please - your baby deserves to be taken care of.
