I've always found math extremely easy, integers are really simple to me. For multiplying / dividing here are the rules.

postive multiplyed / divided by a negative = negative
postive multiplyed / divided by a positive = positive
negative multiplyed / divided by a negative = positive

With adding and subtracting its all common sense mostly, but to help you out with subtracting, - actuallys means add the opposite. So 5 - - 6 is actually 5+6, and -5 - 5 is actually -5+ -5. Rules for adding / subtracting are as followd

postive + positive = positive
negative + negative = negative (-5+-7 = -12)
~ For adding negatives its always like adding postives, except the answer will be negative.
positive + negative = the higher number (-7+5= -2) (-5 + 10 = 5)
~ Remember with adding you can always flip the numbers, so if its - 5 + 10 you can make it be 10 + - 5 which as I said before = 10 - 5, which simplifys the whole thing.

postive - postive = depends on the bigger number. 14 - 7 = 7, 8 - 19 = -11
postive - negative = postive + postive. Since 7 - - 8 = 7 + 8, the answer will always be postive.
negative - postive = negative, it will always be something like - 6 - 5 which equals - 6 + -5

You really just have to practice at it to get the hang of it.

Okay remember - means negative and + means positive...

- (plus) - = add them together to get a -
-4 (plus) -5 = -9

- (plus) + = subtract the smaller from the larger, use sign of larger number
-4 (plus) +7 = +3 or -7 (plus) +4 = -3

- (minus) - = subtract the smaller from the larger to get a negative
-5 (minus) -3 = -2

- (minus) + = add them together to get a negative
-4 (minus) +5 = -9

multiplying...
- x - = multiply them for a positive
-3 x -4 = +12

- x + = multiply for a negative
-2 x +3 = -6

dividing...
- (divided by) - = divide them for a positive
-6 (divided by) -3 = +2

- (divided by) + = divide to get a negative, either way
-8 / +2 = -4

With the signs it doesn't matter which comes first the positive or the negative the above rules apply.

adding=if the - is bigger then subtract. -6+3= -3
if the + is bigger you still subtract, just the final answer is +. 7+-4= 3
if both -, and together and the final answer will be -.
-8+-2= -10

Subtracting= We learned the rule, Copy, change, change. Meaning you copy the sign of the first integer, chnge the problem sign and change the last integers sign. so 8-7 would become 8+-7. Then you just follow the addition rules.

Multiplying & dividing=+ times/divided by - equals (-)
+ times/divided by + equals (+)
- times/diided by - equals (-)

you can get a tutor, or check out some books from your local library, or ask your teacher for refresher help, or check out the internet for online courses.

If you really need help ask a school counselor or teacher to tutor you and if that doesn't work ask your friends or parents to call for help.
