try soaking it in water. if that dont work, try brushing an oil on the saran wrap. if that doesnt work, use a solvent like acetone or gasoline to melt the saran wrap.

Some terrible answers so far that seem to be assuming that you want to keep the saran wrap and throw out the leather, lol. The cold suggestion is the best, and in some cases you can freeze the item and the plastic will probably start curling off before you leave it in very long. If the plastic is fused to the leather, I'd take it to a pro leather garment maker or cleaner and follow their suggestions -- still might be salvageable...

I would try melting it with a hair dryer and then wiping it off.
