I wanna start using Proactive but Nutrogena hasnt worked for me, dunno what to do

Neutrogena can sometimes be harsh on the skin if you have sensitive skin. Neutrogena has salycilic acid in it, whereas Proactiv has benzoyl peroxide, which is better for sensitive skin. Also, if you use proactiv, you would also be using the toner and repair lotion, which helps your skin heal and balance moisture.
If neutrogena didn't work for you, i suggest you try proactiv.

iono about the ingredients.. but i say proactive really does work cause i use it and i have clear skin, considering my parents in their teen years.. and i think proactive has a nice scent[:

i haven't heard that. proactive doesn't work either. at least from what i've seen.
