Is the other (an implied choice) to a) not rule the world b) to rule the world with someone other than Hitler, c) to rule the world with Hitler in some capacity other than a consultant....hey you are the one presenting meaningless questions, so don't fault me for pointing it out.

Absolutely. The idea of making Hitler get me coffee is very appealing. I'd make him wear a purple ballgown and call me Edna. Then I'd send him to Siberia for "research". If anyone called me on Hitler then I'd say some people say cucumbers taste better pickled.
