I would wear a tan boot with that. Kind of a camel color, nothing too dark. Black would be too harsh against the navy and white knee high boots look like 1960's go-go boots.

I'm not sure this is a good color for boots but I would be inclined to wear red shoes with that outfit. I always like to put a but of red in with navy and white. I don't know why :-)

Brown boots. zip up leather ones. Brown is the best color for fall. Your outfit is neutral tones so you don't want to take away from that with anything black, even though black goes with anything. Red would look way to patriotic for this time of year. I would suggest a rich brown color. Not real dark and definately not light brown. I think that would look the best.

Navy blue or white would work although, personally, I'd prefer the blue. Black would work also.
