Try eating smaller meals more often.
Don't let your stomach get truly empty nor get too full.
I went through the same thing and had the same troubles for the longest time with my first pregnancy.
Try soda crackers or dry toast in the morning to settle your stomach, and as the day goes on, just eat smaller meals.

Try bland, non-spiced foods. Also, try sipping broth, chicken or beef. And saltine crakers. Also, milk is usually good for naseua, but not for everyone. I lived on milk during my fifth pregnancy, could not keep anything but milk, coffee and fried squash down the whole pregnancy!
You are suffering severe morning sickness.
Keep hydrated and drink fluids with electrolytes. Be sure to take your prenatal vitamins also.
Try different foods, your stomach is sensitive to certian types of foods right now. I had the same problem with my first and fifth pregnancy.

With my first I was sick throughout the entire pregnancy. I would usually get nausea when my stomach was empty so it is better if you eat smaller meals more often. Keep something in your purse like a garnola bar, apple, orange or something small like that.
