Well i want to change my skins on windows xp but i dont know the right program for it because all of the programs arnt for free can anyone help?? i really need a free program.

They are called themes. Here is a search that returns tons of them.

There aren't many free ones out there. However, Microsoft has released a new skin for Windows XP, you can just do a search for it on any engine and you will find it. It's called Royale for Windows XP. If that doesn't float your boat and you are into making Windows XP look like OSX then check out the Flyakite OSX transformation suite, http://osx.portraitofakite.com/ and you may even want to check out the Vista Transformation Pack, http://www.jcxp.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=7006 but I do not recommend that one. I do like Flyakite OSX and the Royale theme, those are the only free programs I know of. But you can get a free trial of Window Blinds, http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ but it has severe limitations, it will cost you $20 if you wanted to purchase it.

the best i have found is hotbar,it has a lot of cool things on it but u can add as many skins as u want ,and make them change to a different one each time u open browser right from toolbar....it is good...hotbar.com
