Just about everytime I have been employeed somewhere I have women of my ethnicity get Catty or act maliciously behind my back when I first start working there!?! Have you ever dealt with this and why does it happen?

Yes, women are by nature catty and bitchy. They dont want to get attention taken away from them and given to the new person. it happens all the time. Insecurity is a terrible thing! we women, need to stick together, instead of letting someones looks get in the way.

women are very territorial. For all the mess they talk about guys being jealous. I think women are far worse. I know if I even talk to another girl my g/f will think I am flirting. And that is the same way with all the girls/women I have ever dated!

There jealous honey. Dont worry about it. I had that at my job and I came to find out the the men there all wanted me and that's why those females were being pricks. Shine them off. do your best and just be friendly.
