i understand your friends. if you ignore your body by not warming up, or being carless when practicing your routine, you probably will end up with bad joints. and if you start to hurt in a joint, try to cut back on training for a while or see a doctor if it is really bad. don't let your friends influence your descision, but acknowledge them. it will make them fell like you saw there point, but still want to do your thing!
