because their mind is weak... if they were going to they would instead of talking about it

Because they desperate for attention, or they need help. And I don't mean this in a bad way. On suicide help hotlines, they'd say "they're looking for someone to stop them".

They just want the attention sometimes. Other times, their minds are so screwed up, they want to get rid of the pain in their minds.
