I think of a guy I heard a story about who was put on the sex offender list in some state because he got arrested for peeing in an alley when he was drunk (indecent exposure)

I think, "A heinous offense committed against someone's will." I think, "Probably a repeat offender" because these things rarely manifest themselves out of the blue, as a single incident. I think, "Someone who has probably been abused themselves." I think, "Rehabilitation is highly unlikely." I think, "May God have mercy on their souls." I think, "Predator." I think, "We must find a better solution in dealing with them." I think, "A very dark soul that needs God's Light." A Societal Paradox.
