My brother is planning to go into a fellowship and is trying to get an idea of how much he should budget for the following years.....I'm sure he'll be plenty fine but does anyone have the slightest clue???

Your brother would do best by asking people in the area who have recently completed their fellowships. This will give him a far better feel for what he can expect to make in his area.
