How come I can't compose or reply a message?

For the past two months, I havn't been able to compose or reply a message from my account. I also want to know how to contact Yahoo to ask them about it.

through yahoo you have to get yahoo plus then should be able to do it

yahoo doen't talk to free users. free users get yahoo answers and the help pages.

yahoo mail works great for me everytime i use it.

is this the new beta account or the old one?

i tried to too and it woulnt let me neither and i think its cuz were only on level 1
