It's a party (sounds like a party going on) dance song, i'm thinking black artist. I think late 80's could be early 90's not sure.

Late 80's?......Try 1978. I love this song. Yes it's a party going on in the song. the music is funk or dance music. The artist do sound black, but are Latin........ Danger and excitement, has to make a lady, find out what she wants in a man...To get off,to get off , to get off, to get off.
