how can i use a different name instead of my e-mail?

for instanse other ppl have different names instead of there yahoo ID so i want 2 keep my ID private

Go to: My Q&A (Click on your username.). About > Add Details. Nickname > Use Another Nickname.

for yahoo games click on your profile,make a new id to use,,you can have up to 5 different ids to play games ect.

Log into a game room, like Chess, and you'll see "Welcome,_______[edit]". Click on edit and you can make up to 6 profiles/playnames, as well as hide your Yahoo acct.
