you are full of ----. even if you "go" every day the lining of peoples colon is packed with sludge. and waste is only passing thru the little center. sooo after that pretty picture, find the BEST acidophiles you can and take it the rest of your life. TODAYS food is impossible to digest. its happening to every one. this is the live cultures found in yogurt, but there aren't enough in yogurt to help. sooo , NATRIN makes the best. at better health food stores every where. this is your prob.

You could have swallowed too much food. Always make sure you have a drink to go with every meal. Take smaller bites, and wash it down with your drink. This will make it go down easier. I have the same problem with mashed potatoes, so I eat them slower, with smaller bites. You might check with your doctor to see if there's a problem, like a hiatal hernia, especially if partially digested food comes back up. But, it just might be that you're swallowing too much at one time and need to realize eating is NOT a race or marathon! <*)))><

Hey u just need to chew the food a little more and slowly..did u know that you should chew every bite 25 times!

Sounds like reflux ....There is like a tiny ring at the mouth of the stomach.... If damaged it can stay open Or closed .Making food feel lodged. Thanks < : 3 }~

"gurd" it seems like it takes an hour to funnel down into the stomach right i know i have it to and the doc said its gurd or there name is a hydall hernia. you really won't know until they go in via camera and check it out there is ways to fix some mine is unfix able good luck

You are probably eating too quickly, and gulping in large amounts of air as well. eat smaller bites, and chew well. the problem should go away

you could have an esophageal stricture, or a hernia... it all depends on where it gets lodged, does it hurt?? you may want to see a DR.

Same thing happens to me! And to swallow a vitamin or pill----yeeeeeessshhhhh! Impossible.
