The Dodgers are kicking butt right now and it's about time. I think they hav a chance to go far in the playoffs, because:
--Penny, Lowe, and Maddux make a good three-man starting pitcher rotation
--Ethier and Martin are the real deal
--Lugo was a versatile pickup, but with Kent and Nomar back they are even stronger
--Broxton and Saito have settled down in the pen.
If you do the Bill James Pythagorean theorem (seriously; go to espn.com mlb standings, then "expanded", and you'll see it), the Expected Win/Loss for the Dodgers would put them way in the NL West lead. Their only concerns are the Mets and St. Louis, but the way they are playing now I think they could do well in the playoffs anyway.
And how lame are the Giants???!!!

I am such a huge Dodgers fan. I love them, and yes they will make the play offs. They have been doing so good right now.

Yes, but if they even get to the NLCS, they wont beat the Mets.
