I highly recommend ZEBRA in Berkeley on Telegraph Ave. They might charge a little more than other places (such as Wicked, also on Telegraph), but they do awesome work and are very CLEAN and responsible. They've also been voted Best In The Bay for quite a few years. www.mrzebra.com
