Take it seriously please, i talk real stuff here...
I live in the house where old lady died, i live here almost for 6 monthes but sinds 2 days at night when the clock strikes 2 am i see her ghost using my bathroom. I have the proof, she never flash the toilet and i made pictures of the present she leavs everytime. Who should i call?
It's 22:54 my time i'm afraid.

Hmmm. A ghost leaving physical evidence. That is very rare. I am a paranormal investigator (ghost hunter) I have never heard of such. Here is my explanation with the info you have given. Since she died there she will be there until you tell her to leave, be firm about it, but don't yell. Ghosts stay where they died. Since she goes to the bathroom every night at the same time (as you say) it is just what is termed "residual energy" It is not really her ghost just the record of her energies inbedded onto the ground.
As to the "present" I would make sure that you do not sleep walk, ghosts do not eat therefore do not eliminate waste.

I also can't believe I'm saying this in public...but...There is NOwhere any verified record of any ghost or spirit leaving any, as you call them, "presents" behind as a token of their visits. There are those who claim to be scratched by provocative spirits, but even they don't leave any physical "remains" behind.
So, here's my concern: You may or may not be seeing a spirit at 2:00 AM in your home, but for certain it's no spirit leaving things in your toilet. You need to get your house searched...thoroughly. Just by simple logic, somebody very real is leaving these things for you--ghost, or no ghost. Look into this yourself, or get assistance. If you DO have a repeat intruder problem--as your limited data suggests, then ask your local police to check out your house. Tell them what's been happening, and that you're concerned that someone unknown to you is apparently gaining access to your home. That would be a good first step.

As with the living, the spirits are still cognitive to suggestion and instruction (can't believe I am actually telling you this in public ... I think I need a doctor ... anyway ....) Talk to her as if she was alive. Tell her you are living there now. Tell her that she has passed on and if she doesn't want to cross over, that she needs to accommodate you as the resident of the house. As a living being who resides in both the spiritual world and the physical world you have authority over the physical plain which she no longer has. I would not exactly tell her to leave, it is not that big a deal. she cannot harm you. The bottom line is talk to her. Just FYI addressing spirits is actually easier then addressing physical people as spirits have no control over the physical world, and can't do you harm. Hope that helps.

Now that is most interesting, I've seen ghosts myself but never have I seen "evidence" after the fact. If this is true, she seems not to be too interested in you, just in using the bathroom, I say leave the situation alone and let her continue. Just stay away from the bathroom at 2 am. If it bothers you that much, call a priest, they are supposed to be able to handle this kind of thing.

I believe you. Pray and don't have fear. My brother had experiences in the house he lived in for 7 or 8 yrs. Several people saw a figure standing in the window watching them. The funny thing was, they were inside prior and after seeing it, still no one was there. Loud knocks on a door were heard as you walked by it to go upstairs. Many other strange things occurred also.

Next time you hear her in the bathroom call out and ask her to flush the toilet. Then jump out of bed and run to the bathroom with your camera. No one is going to take you seriously if you have pictures of bowel movements--they're going to think they are yours. Try to capture her image on film.

Lock the bathroom door. And post a note: If it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down!
Are you sure it's not one of those awesome kitties that has been potty-trained? I want one of them! It would be great to get rid of my kitty box because my kitty learned to use the toilet.

at 1am go into the toilet and take the biggest **** ever. and leave it for her. with a sign saying...dont like it do ya?
if it was me i wouldnt mind her using the bathroom but flush or ill take a photo of the ghost taking a dump and post it on the internet!

Sometimes ghosts simply don't realize they are dead.... tell her its time to cross to the other side, that you will take care of her house, and she will be fine. Don't' be afraid of her. Watch the movie, The Others....it might be a horror movie, but it might be what you are experiencing
