short or long haired gals which are hotter?

why are short or long haired gals hotter than the other? my bruv says long hair is more feminine. i have long brown hair but i personally think any length is nice if you have a pretty face. I think carmen electra and angelina jolie have beautiful hair! wot do you think?

short hair can be very hott on mid 20's/late 20's gals,but can be a turn off if too short and if it looks dykie, long hair looks better on younger gals and women in thier 30's i feel.

my hair is like 4 inches longer than my shoulder and its layered with side bangs. i think both are cute last summer my hair was down to my butt. too hard to handle
