It's the same with more than 3 bars in a small town. An economic downturn.
If you walk down a neighborhood street with bars and strip clubs on all sides of the street, it's a poor neighborhood. Unless you are in Las Vegas.

I'm assuming you mean a small town. It is probably in between or close to a city bussniess men travel to and from alot. I highly doubt any of the girls dancing there live in the town for more than a few weeks at a time

1. Guys dont need to go out of that town, they got plenty of variety
2. They are contented and happy
3. They are definitely broke
