25 kilos in 6 month :-) Without surgery.
Sorry I don't know how to write it in pounds, I'm not American or English.

15 pounds in a month.
Stopped eating almost altogether. I wasnt' on a diet, just going through a rough time. Very unhealthy way to lose weight.

20 lbs overnight.. but that was childbirth. ;-)
Seriously though, when I started on Weight Watchers I lost 5 lbs the first week, but it's taken me 4 weeks to lose another 5.

10 pounds in a week, but it was just water weight. As for actual weight loss, like 4 pounds a week was the most.

Remebering back in my phys ed classes a few years ago, it was 1 lb per week is safe, otherwise it's too much for your body to handle. But God only knows what science has come up with since then! ;o)

10 pounds in 7 days, when I dislocated my jaw. Thanks to the awesome combo of painkiller and muscle relaxant, I couldn't keep any of the purees/soup/juices I drank down for a week, not even water. I'm all for losing ten pounds, but not like that. :(
