they might come up under spam, so look if your email has a spam feature and if your friends emails are there, then you can unspam them.

You want to tell Yahoo mail about this so they can check it out. One question first. Have you made sure your friend has your correct Email address? All it takes is one error and you will not get it.

Here is something strange with Email Program Address Books or Contact lists. Sometimes your email address will be listed in them correctly, but when the address is transfered to the TO row it gets corrupted. It will read correctly here also but will not be delivered because of some unseen error. I found when this happens I need to delete the persons address from the address book and add it again fresh. Then the emails go through OK. This doesn't happen very often.

Here is the Yahoo Email Feedback page.

Try this - ask your friend to send you an email. After allowing time for the email to reach you, check your Trash and Junk/Bulk Mail folders.

If the email from her is there, it means that you've got a filter that automatically removes her email from the Inbox. Click on the Help pages to see how you can change or remove those filters.

If you don't get her email at all, ask your friend to check her own Junk/Bulk folder. She may have misspelled your email address, and the error notification messages to her may have been redirected to her Junk/Bulk folder.

Last scenario: your friend's email has been blocked by the mail server. This is very unlikely unless your friend's email contains a virus or other malware. Even if your friend's email contained a virus, you would get message from the server telling you that her message was blocked.

If all else fails, ask your friend to create and use a different email address.

You should say which email you are talking about. If it is your internet providers mail, call them.
Do you receive mail from anyone else from the same domain? Could be the domain is blocked by you or your provider.
More info. pls. for a better answer.
