No I don't need fake boobs, my boobs are already huge DD Cup. I would like to get a reduction. My hubby likes my all natural.

I personally would never ever ever get a fake boobs...for one you have to go through that painful operation several times through out life.
and 2 who wants to see an 75 year old women will a 20 years olds chest...thats kind of gross to me
I think people should be happy they way they are and they shouldnt try to change themselves...

Actually, they are not "fake". They are implants which push your natural breast forward so that they are larger. It is still your own breast tissue and skin. I think it's fine as long as the individual that is doing it is happy. It shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks.

My wife doesn't need fake breasts. Her's are naturally big. I'm a lucky man.

no. Its not for me. I don't have anything against people who get them....but I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't want to go under a knife unless I had to.

i kinda want to for the vanity thing, and my husband wants me to, and I want to make him happy, but on the other hand I kinda don't want to cuz there are possible risks for it.
