Yes, you can. All you have to do is go to: https://ecl.collegeboard.com/account/login.jsp?applicationId=115&destinationpage=https%3A%2F%2Fnsat.collegeboard.com:443/satweb%2Flogin.jsp and sign-up for a College Board account. Then you can register and pay for the test.

You can take it anytime you want to . Go to your local high school or college and pick up a registration form.

You can even take them after one full semester of Community College.
