No. This type of mentality is what is going to destroy the very fabric that this country is based upon.
You should ALWAYS help those in need. If we all waited for someone to help us before we help them, no body would help anybody, because we would all be waiting for the help that will never come.....
Do you see my point?
Help will come to those who help. Try it, it really makes sense....
