No. Picking your nose or your teeth in public is just nasty. One time on our way to Boston...we saw this woman in a car who practically had her whole hand up her nostril. My sister in law remarked with disgust, "She must be digging for gold."

what a person does with his nose in public is his business as long as he washes his hand before touching anything used by another, but not a strict law.

Hell NO!!! It is unacceptable to see someone digging in their respective nose in public...now in private...that's another story...eat up.
