Does anyone know about Rothman Fitzgerald & Associates? Are they authentic?

I've just received a professionally looking letter from R.F.& A, (S. Pemberton, Equity and Escrow Division) advising me about a registered Equity and Security Portfolio being held for me. They are asking me to pay transfer and administration cost of US$40.00.

Does anyone know about this organization, and whether or not they are authentic?

Yet another scam.

If were an actual (legal) escrow account, they would be able to deduct the transfer costs from the account upon distribution.
