Trust is a key element in any relationship--unless your bf gives you any reason to doubt him, then you should believe him.

If you don't believe your boyfriend then your relationship is no where near any level of maturity that is needed. If you believe your neighbour, then tell the guy to take a hike.
Young people and neighbours are always stirring crap for other people.

She probably could be lying to get you two to break up, but guys will deny these things and wont admit it, its our human nature. Even if she did kiss him, why would you care? That was in the past and if she were hotter than you and he wanted her then he would dump you and go out with her, but tell him you just dont care and assume he's lying........

well its clear that your neighbor wants to date your boyfriend. But he says he don't like her. You should trust your boyfriend. and you should tell the girl to leave your man alone because he don't want anything to do with her
