Go to the dermatologist it may not be acne or pimples. I was dealing with the same issue and it was something else and now my face is a lot better.

do not eat a lot of junk food
try to eat healthy- like fruits vegetables
and wash your face at least three times a day..
don't use too much products on your face, and if you do.. use dead sea products, they are the best.
when you wash your face wash it with really hot water at first, and when you are finishing up gradually make you water colder and colder until it is freezing to close your pores

Change your diet avoid soda fried foods and alot of candy. Drink more water and wash your face every night. And try not to put your hands on your face too often.

Go to a dermatologist before it gets worse. Often, you can't solve it on your own, no matter what you use or how often you use it. But if you don't see a dermatologist, it could get worse, or leave scars. It is a lesson I learned too late.

Wash every morning and every evening, be patient, things don't clear up overnight, but give it a while and your skin should clear up as long as you stick with it, but it's normal so don't worry!
