Contact T-Mobile who may give her a new number & also contact the police,if this is a woman & a man sounds a bit freaky to me they may be on record,if you can get the callers number it would help in tracking these people down.Good Luck!

Contact BT immediately. They will stop the nuisance calls, either by telephone preference system (tps) or, if you know this woman's telephone number, they can block it from your phone. Hope this helps.

When she rings just put the reciever down on the side so she is talking to herself, don't say anything, just leave it for a few minutes. She will soon get sick of getting no reaction.

some weirdo kept phoning my grandma and just breathing down the phone, so she invested in a loud whistle, used it once, weirdo caller got deafened by it and has never rang since...
