Well even if Lee is a smarter more powerful fighter than Neji he is still and will always be a total dweeb just like Guy!
Besides Neji's got the misunderstood bad boy thing going for him. LOL
But I'm sure that Rock could still kick his butt! So even though he's a dork I'll give him that =)

Rock lee, neji is kinda the same thing as sasuke quiet, mysterious, thinks hes better than all attitued, but rock lee would so kick neji's butt! he has the eight gates, and he runs and moves really fast. i mean like he almost beat garra ,rock lee was the first, naruto was the second,, plus i love his green jumpsuit, hes so funny, and neji is so serious most of the time. so i would say rock lee is my favorite.

I won't choose either of them since I don't like one more over the other.
I like Rock Lee because he's super fast and has a strong will and believes that people can change and become stronger with hard work.
I like Neji because of his skill's and how he acts badass but would avenge is teammates.

Neji is so awesome. He could so kill rock lee, even if lee opened all his gates, because Neji would stop his chakra.

Rock Lee Rules because he has the Never Give Up determination plus he cant use any special attacks.

Rock Lee is pretty cool for his hand-to-hand combat skills, and I like Nejis eyes. I can't decide on this one realy...

Well, they both were supposed to be the underdogs, but rose to the top through hard work and courage, I have to go with Rock Lee though, because he's not all stuck up about it.
