I am in a new relationship and have known him for months. We started out as friends for like 4 months. Well he always e-mails me and says "Luv ya", or " I luv ya" and i never say anything back. I don't know if he really means it, or it's just something he says. How will I kow if he really "Loves me"?? and shold I tell him i love him if i sm starting to?

Luv ya or I luv ya doesn't mean the same as I Love You. If he e-mails you I Love You don't say anything until he says it in person to you. When he says I Love You in person then feel free to say it back if you mean it too.
