Ask your Dr. is the best answer. . .According to my Dr. it is safe. He has told me I can fly until 36 weeks, then he wants me to stick around in case I go into labor! I would recommend stretching your legs and getting up and walking once an hour, though, as I've heard pregnant women have a higher chance of thrombosis, or blood clots, when sitting a long time on flights.

Yes, you can. They just advise women who are in their third trimester not to fly due to risk of going into labor in the air due to stress etc... Don't believe everything your friends/mother-in-law tells you.

You can fly up to 8 months safely, after 8 months you need a note from your doctor to fly. (FAA REGUALATION) I am a pregnant flight attendant, trust me of anyone it is perfectly safe. I get asked that question everyday.

You can fly until 30 weeks pregnant (roughly) without any problems. Just keep well hydrated and wiggle your ankles.
