Your nervous es could stem from the disappointments or outcome of an onset appointment, meeting, hairdo, shopping. etc. Nefarious is a adjective, characterized by or exhibiting restlessness, anxiety, tension, etc. Put all that energy toward a project, health issues, friends, where that positive reinforcement can be more predictable and positive. Find out what's causing your nervousness. If there's something you can do about it, do it. If not, give yourself permission to move on without it. It might take a while for you to finally find that you're not nervous about it anymore, but keep busy doing things that are fun or that give you a sense of pride once it's done. Take up new hobbies. Get involved in volunteer work. Make new friends. Get involved with sports by joining a team (bowling, baseball, softball, soccer), even playing in a team dart league. There's so much available out there, so don't limit yourself to what you know about. Get out and look around at what's there. You can't always control what's going on around you, but you CAN control YOU. If someone's making you nervous, don't hang out with them. Get busy with something else, then tell them you're busy. If it's something about school, then study and do the best you can. But, if you racked up a huge credit card debt, then pay what you can pay and leave it at that. There's only so much you can do, then you move on. Life's short, so get out there and experience as much as you can. Don't sweat the small stuff (and most of it IS small). Surround yourself with positive people and stay away from destructive and negative people. Don't get sucked into other people's dramas (keep out of solving their problems). Lead as simple a life as you can. Only buy what you need. Pay all your bills on time and in full. Pay credit cards in full each month. If you can't afford it and can't save money for it, you don't need it. Be a hard worker, and don't gossip. Be a good friend and a good son. Don't bring shame on the family name. Don't knowingly hurt anyone and always apologize when you do. In other words, do what's right. If you do all of this already, then just relax. You're probably just taking on more than what you should. Dump all the extra stuff and make things more simpler. Only do what you absolutely want to do, and not because someone guilts you into it. Hope this has helped you sort through some stuff. Have a great day. <*)))><

It depends on why you are getting nervous. What I can suggest is to do some centering exercises. Best way is to sit down on a chair. Loosen yourself up. Then breathe deeply for a few minutes. While you are doing this, imagine that you are exhaling the nervousness out of your body. This works wonders for me whenever I get into a situation where I get nervous, stressed or scared. Good luck.
