you can buy refurbished macs from directly from Apple, but Macs are not known to be cheap. Also, asking for a laptop is very generic I'm sure if you knew more of what kind of laptop you were looking for you could just do an internet search - such as "Reburships Sony ... laptop" or whatever you are looking for
