Every time I log on to the web, my server goes off the air, I am getting ready to move to another server.

Also beware some viruses and browser hijacker will cause connection loss. Download or find a copy of Firefox ( http://mozilla.com ) and see if you can stay on with it. If that is the case you may have some infestation (virus, browser hijack, or trojan ) that could be the problem not your web server.

Just do it. Server must suck if it's always on the fritz.
