The best idea would be to do see your doctor or whomever prescribed you the pill and let em know what's going on. It sounds like your body is overwhelmed with the extra hormones, your nest bet is to switch to a different kind of pill, something with less hormones, Ortho-tricyclen LO is the next step down from ortho tri cyclen and allows for shorter lighter periods, less mood swings, and fewer to no cramps, hope it helps

Talk to your doctor. This may be a harmful side effect. Remember, the pill works because it messes around with your hormones, and bad mood swings may mean the pill is messing up other aspects of your individual bio-chemistry, and mood swings could be the least of your problems...

I switched from the patch to the pill 3 months ago and my mood swings were horrible. Like you, I was taking it out on my boyfriend because i couldn't control it. I'd say it's took about 3 months for my mood swings to calm down...

I believe that the moods swings are the side effects of the pills you are taking. Talk to your doctor to see if this can be resolved. Good luck and best wishes.

When you have drastic mood swings you should have your doctor change your pills. There's a million different brands to try so you don't have to live like that.

Give that pill at least three months for your body to regulate itself and get used to the change in hormones. If it still bothers you then, go to the doctor and ask for a different type.

Hormones...birth control pills are full of them....might want to ask your doctor about ortho tri cyclen low, it has a lower amount of hormones than most b.c.
hope this helps.

Talk to your doctor. Your hormones are affected and he may switch the type of pills you take.
