But I wanna know the exact answer in the sense that, it is clear that he wrote on so many themes in his plays, verse but was there any special purpose of his writings according to his age i.e Elizabethan Age, as writers do so not only for the sake of Entertainment but to evolve some type of spirit needed in that time.

There is no exact theme in his work. Each play had a different level of entertainment and message. I think we always try to find special hidden themes in older writing, when there really isn't any. Yes his plays were ahead of their time, but I don't beleive Shakespeare had a hidden agenda that generations down the road were meant to find.

I would say that Shakespeare's "theme" is timeless in that humans throughout history have had to deal with tragedy and failure. Not one has been able to escape it. However, Shakespeare wrote plays in which even if the humans could not escape their fates they could at least go out with dignity and honor, which is true of all of us. And I would say that was the theme (or attempt to evolve spirit as you put it) of his works, and why even when they are practically incomprehensible anymore (because of the language used) they are still around today and revered among people. We even make movies of his plays, over 400 years after his death.
