There are not restrictions for not blowing. Especially when you use something like glycerin that heats up when you blow on it.
Or how about one of those candies or gums that chill the mouth and give you the cooling sensations, then you can transfer that cool on the object for a cooling effect or affect.
Hey it's not written in stone you can't blow.

I believe it is called correctly. They call it blow_job, because when a woman gets tired of sucking, she blows/exhales through mouth which lands the warm air on the dick.
