I have a 95 Chevy Blazer 4WD. In the last two weeks it has trouble starting intermittently. It will turn over, but sounds like it isn't getting fuel right away. If I let it sit for about 6-8 hours it will start up. It runs fine when it's going - good fuel pressure, etc. I left it overnight at the mechanic twice and it started for him each time with no issue. It had good fuel pressure for him. He says it wouldn't be the fuel filter because I would have issues all the time. He said it could be a relay issue with the fuel pump or possibly the fuel injector. Any thoughts? Thanks!

That sounds like it could be in the in tank fuel pump. I doubt its one of the fuel injectors, it would have to be all of them for it to be having this much trouble. I would take it to another mechanic, and have it checked out. As much as I love Chevy's, the do have some trouble with those in tank fuel pumps. Whatever it is, good luck!
