For immediate relief put a little Preparation H on them.
Also, green tea bags will help, but the best product is Hylexin.

yes tea bags work
just put the used tea bags in fridge for sometime , then simply put them on eyes, for 15 min.

yeah, green tea bags are great for baggy eyes. also, you can rub cocoa butter underneath them.
