the automatic security update downloaded smthg not genuine acc. to the microsoft a few days . since then i 've been recieving alerts frm the microsoft abt that my system is at risk.
i tried to turn off the automatic updates . but , then the computer gives the warning that it may be dangerous coz, the security updates will not take place .
i m in afix now, wat shud i do .shall i allow the auto updates to update my system.

I think your Windows is pirate version. reinstall your Windows.

do a system restore
then turn off auto up dates
your copy is illegal
or get a legal copy or number
