You've got a self-regenerating program. (the spyware program is loaded in another program, which is designed to recreate the spyware each time it's deleted). You need to get better antispyware/antivirus that will detect and clean the parent file as well.

You can run your anti-spyware program in Save Mode - That should clear the problem out of there. Make sure your program's definitions are up-to-date.

Download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
