The local library is definitely an option, but a better one is to contact the school itself. School libraries usually keep a set of yearbooks running back through the years. How do I know? I'm a high school teacher.

Another way to find a copy is from a retired teacher who taught at that school. We often buy the yearbooks so we can go back and look up graduates from long ago.

And of course you might look for people who graduated that year. Many schools maintain a list of alumni on their websites or look at classmates.com.

Good luck!
