it depends on which superman you are talking about. The first original superman that they made like a God would win
The cartoon superman in the 70s he would lose
the superman for the Justice league would lose
The movie superman would lose
The comic superman would lose
And the superman from Batman/superman Adventures would lose
Smallville superman would lose but find a way to win
He-man if superman realized to take the sword away he would lose
But if superman went evil or was willing to kill he would win but wouldn't kill him you know how he is

Superman. He can burn things with his eyes and freeze things with his wind. He is bullet proof and can fly. He-Man is strong like Superman but without anything extra.
