Not sure about British cockroaches, but have you seem waterbugs fly. Its so nasty.
I had one flying right at me, I had to actually knock it down from the air with my bare hand! and they make this terrible flapping sound when they fly. Really disgusting.

Ooh, good question. I was gonna answer 'hell yeah!' but that was when I was in Oz - we had to duck whenever we opened a kitchen cupboard - revolting! Not sure about the ones in the UK though ...

actually depends what kind of roach is it.There are about 20 to 30 different kinds of roaches.I know that those big ones from puertorico fly. i killed one that was flying towards my face.

yes they do,they have got wings,and they can fly.they are nocturnal insects.they may seem inactive during the day but at nighttime,they do.
