I know about name generators and everything, but I couldn't find the inspiration because this name is for an outcast elf. I need the name to be vulgar or have a vulgar meaning because it was given by those who hate him. Update in an hour or two.

You can make a conlang (you don't have to make a whole language, a few words here and there would do) and choose an offensive term from your dictionary.
