I have really dry skin and I want to get a moisturizer that really works. Can anyone swear by this?

It's an OK moisturizer, but it's WAAAAAAAY overpriced for what you're getting. There aren't really any special ingredients in it. You can get something better from just about any counter in the department store.

Honestly, it does work, but not for the price that it is. At $110 for an ounce...you can buy Oil of Olay at the drugstore and save $90! Keep it simple...the best creams are the ones that are naturally based. Neutrogena for Sensitive Skin makes one of the best lotions in my opinion.
